Q: Can I change my package choice?
A: Yes. Just log-in to your account and change the package in the "Add/Renew subscription" box. Your PEP Text package
will be automatically changed at the end of your current subscription period.

Q: Can I cancel my account at anytime?
A: Yes. PEP Text does not ask for any extended obligation from our customers. We feel our product speaks for itself and
we do not need to lock customers into long term contacts or obligations. Simply log-in to your account and cancel your
subscription in the "Your Payment History" box.

Q: If I'm not 18 years old yet, how do I become a PEP TEXT customer?
A: It's fantastic that you already see the need for positive reinforcement to help you reach your goals! According
to the law though, your parent/guardian must establish and purchase the account under their name with your cell
phone number having its own account.
