PEP Text, LLC and its websites are not responsible for any charges you may receive from your service provider in relation to receiving text messages from our company. Standard text messaging rates may apply. Please check with your service provider regarding your specific service package.

Your subscription will begin the following service day after processing your order.

You can select a window of time for your daily message. However, PEP Text. LLC cannot guarantee or be liable for messages not delivered within that timeframe. PEP Text, LLC also cannot be liable for messages not received on your mobile device due to your service provider having technical issues or outages, mobile device issues such as unit being out of service range, mobile device being turned off, and/or other related issues.

PEP Text, LLC provides positive and affirmation based text messages to its customers. As a customer subscribing to this service, you agree that you may not transmit, broadcast, upload to any computer or mobile device, create derivative works of, or make commercial use of the service, including, but not limited to, any download(s). You may not, or attempt to (or otherwise authorize, encourage or support others" attempts to) circumvent, re-engineer, decrypt, break or otherwise alter or interfere with the service, including, but not limited to, any download(s).

Termination and Cancellation of Services:

Your subscription is a month-to-month subscription (you are charged monthly) with no long term commitment. If you wish to cancel your subscription plan(s), you will need to log-in to your account on our website or contact customer service via email or phone. The cancellation of service shall become effective at the end of the billing period in which you gave your notice of cancellation. You will continue to receive your daily messages until the end of the billing period in which you cancelled.

You agree that PEP Text, LLC, at its sole discretion, may at any time terminate your use of the service and subscription plan(s), if PEP Text, LLC believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with this Agreement. You agree that upon termination of your access to the service under any provision of this agreement, PEP Text. LLC may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the service. Further, you agree that PEP Text, LLC shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the service. If you cancel your account or subscription plan for any reason, PEP Text, LLC will not refund any of your fees paid to date, except as expressly provided in this agreement.
